How does the AI score jobs against my profile?

The AI compares the job description against your resume and background — evaluating skill match, seniority fit, industry alignment, and stated preferences. Each job receives a score from 0–10 with a written ranking reason. Only jobs scoring 7 or above are passed to the outreach pipeline; everything below is discarded so you're never wasting time on poor fits.

What are Recruiter Intelligence Reports?

For each HR contact we find, the AI analyzes their public LinkedIn activity — posting style, topics they engage with, tone, career trajectory, and stated values — and produces a written profile describing how they communicate and what they tend to respond to. This is used to personalize your outreach at a level most candidates can't replicate manually.

Will the LinkedIn messages and emails look AI-generated?

No — they're written using each recruiter's Intelligence Report, so the tone, structure, and specific references are tailored to that individual. They read like you spent time researching the person and crafting a thoughtful message. You can also review and edit every draft before anything goes out.

Do I need a LinkedIn Premium account?

No. The pipeline uses our own infrastructure to scrape LinkedIn jobs and discover contacts. You don't need Premium, Sales Navigator, or any paid LinkedIn account. A standard LinkedIn profile is all that's required from your side.

Is my resume and personal data safe?
